Best for: Aspiring foundersA founder-to-founder opportunity
I bring proven ideas, suppliers, products, and full-time execution. You bring US access, local insight, and relationships. Together, we build a company we both own.
Is this for you?
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need the right mindset, local capability, and a willingness to build something responsibly.

This is not passive investing or a shortcut. It’s a practical partnership where each person contributes what the other cannot easily provide.
↳ Equity, roles, capital, and profit sharing are agreed in writing before either partner commits.
Partnership paths
Bring an existing, tested model into the US with local adaptation and disciplined execution.
Combine your market insight with my sourcing and operational capability to create something new.
Add products, sourcing capacity, or a new revenue stream through a structured joint venture.
A deliberate process
No pressure and no vague promises. We move forward only when the fit, model, and terms make sense for both of us.
Tell me about your background, goals, time, and preferred partnership path.
We meet by video to discuss values, capabilities, and practical expectations.
We select an opportunity and test the economics, demand, roles, and risk.
With a written agreement in place, we form the venture and begin execution.
Your potential co-founder
I’m an entrepreneur based outside the United States with hands-on experience turning products and supply relationships into operating businesses.
I know how to find dependable suppliers, shape an offer, coordinate production, build lean operations, and stay close to the work every day. What I don’t have is the local foundation that a trusted US partner can provide.
I’m not looking for a nominee or a silent signature. I’m looking for a thoughtful, reliable person who wants to own and shape a legitimate venture together.
“The right partnership is not about filling a gap. It’s about creating an advantage neither person could build alone.”
Common questions
Serious partnerships start with direct answers. If your question isn’t here, include it in your application.
Ask a question →No. This is strictly a private business partnership. I am not requesting or offering immigration, visa, residency, employment, or sponsorship services of any kind.
Not necessarily. Capital needs depend on the selected business model. Your local access, insight, and involvement may be a meaningful part of your contribution. Any funding is discussed and documented before commitment.
Most partners can begin with 3–8 hours per week. I handle full-time operating work, while your role focuses on local decisions, relationships, and agreed administrative responsibilities.
There is no preset split. Equity and profit sharing reflect each partner’s capital, time, responsibilities, assets, and risk. We agree everything transparently and in writing with independent legal advice.
No. Every business involves risk, including loss of capital and time. We validate opportunities carefully, but neither revenue, profit, nor any specific return can be guaranteed.
